  I travel around Australia and had some work done by a Isuzu dealer in Tasmania which as a result of faulty workmanship caused a fuel leak to my vehicle which i was not aware of for a few weeks. When I found that I had a leak I rang a Bathust dealer and asked if they could look at it for me but they told me i would have to wait 3 to 4 weeks . I then rang OMG at Orange and they told me to come in anytime and they would look at it for me. I dropped the car in at 9am and they got onto it straight away and fixed the problem for me, no appointment was made they just wanted to help and for that I am grateful and have nothing but paise for the service of the staff and how helpful they were. Again thank you

  Our first Kia vehicle got thru a routine service okay. A week after our second Kia vehicle got serviced and one of the alloy wheel got damaged. We made a query about gutter rash on the rim. They came back advised there are no gutters around their workshop or have any obstacles to cause such damage. However, they could not answer us if one of their workman whom driven us into town may have caused the damage. We won't be able to have anything good to say about OMG to our family & friends. Will be sourcing other local diesel mechanic.

  I would not recommend this business to anyone, OMG customer service is appalling and their after care service is non existent.

  The Service team at OMG are fantastic! not only do they do a great job at Servicing they also washed our Car!!!! second to that the Sales team are top notch and had no problem helping my Girlfriend adjusting her clock after daylight savings!!
