  Purchased a 55inch TV with 5 yr extended warranty. TV has stopped working 4 yrs in. I contacted NAPF regarding warranty and was told Warranty Provider was insolvent. I informed them that as Retailer of the warranty they must cover it. 2 weeks later I am told Repair is waiting on parts which is a lie because the Repairer has informed me they have not received any instructions from NAPF. When i quizzed NAPF on this lie I got shouted at. I will let Dept of Fair Trading handle this one.
